ARC Asphalt Recycling Inc. is a British Columbia based company that provides Hot In-Place Asphalt Recycling (HIR) contracting services. We are a subsidiary of the Pyrotech Group that invented the Multi-Stage HIR systems that have successfully recycled over 12,000 lane kilometres of highways over the past 30 years.
